AmiAmi Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order on AmiAmi, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your AmiAmi account.
2. Click on "My Page" in the top menu bar.
3. Scroll down to the "Order History" section.
4. Click on the order you want to cancel.
5. Click on the "Cancel Order" button.
6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the "Yes" button.

Reason for Cancellation

When you cancel an order, you will be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. You can choose from a list of pre-defined reasons, or you can enter your own reason.

Some common reasons for canceling an order include:

• I changed my mind.
• I found a better deal.
• I don't need the item anymore.
• The item is out of stock.
• The item was damaged.

Cancellation Restrictions

AmiAmi has a strict cancellation policy. You can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.

AmiAmi also limits the number of orders that you can cancel. If you cancel too many orders, AmiAmi may restrict your account.

Pre-Owned Figure Cancellations

You can also cancel pre-orders for pre-owned figures. However, there are some restrictions. You can only cancel pre-orders for pre-owned figures that have not yet been shipped. Once a pre-order for a pre-owned figure has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
